Full tuition fee reimbursement + maintenance allowance for SC/ST/OBC students of J&K studying in Class 11 and above — maintenance allowance ranges from ₹300–1,200/month depending on course level and hostel/day-scholar status; for SC/ST students with family income up to ₹2.5 lakh and OBC students with income up to ₹1.5 lakh; over 1.2 lakh students covered annually in J&K
