Resident of Jammu & Kashmir. Family income up to ₹3 lakh a year.
₹1,000/month pension for senior citizens aged 60 years and above who are destitute or BPL; ₹1,500/month for those aged 80 years and above; paid via DBT directly to Aadhaar-linked bank account; for J&K domicile holders with no other government pension; ~3.5 lakh beneficiaries across J&K; enhanced under NSAP + UT top-up (about ₹12,000 a year)
Aadhaar Card, Age Proof (Birth Certificate / Voter ID / School Certificate), Domicile Certificate (J&K), BPL Ration Card or Destitution Certificate, Bank Account Passbook (Aadhaar-linked), Passport Photo, Self-declaration of no other pension.
