Resident of Jammu & Kashmir. Persons with disability. Family income up to ₹3 lakh a year.
₹1,000/month pension for persons with 40% or more disability (locomotor, visual, hearing, speech, mental illness, intellectual) who are destitute or BPL; paid via DBT to Aadhaar-linked bank account; for J&K domicile holders; disability certificate from the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) / Medical Board is mandatory (about ₹12,000 a year)
Aadhaar Card, Disability Certificate (40%+ — issued by CMO / Medical Board, J&K), Domicile Certificate (J&K), BPL Ration Card or Income Certificate, Bank Account Passbook (Aadhaar-linked), Passport Photo.
