₹1,000/month financial assistance for widows aged 18 years and above who are destitute or BPL; paid via DBT to Aadhaar-linked bank account; for J&K domicile holders; includes widows of militants/terrorists and ex-servicemen who do not receive any government pension elsewhere; over 1.5 lakh beneficiaries in J&K (about ₹12,000 a year)
