Put one up at a panchayat office, CSC, ration shop, bank, school or college. People scan the QR code with their phone camera and check which schemes they qualify for — free, in Hindi and English.

Tip: in the print window choose paper size A4, margins “None”, and turn on “Background graphics”. Save as PDF to share on WhatsApp.
