YojanaSahay is an independent digital platform for government scheme discovery and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any Central or State Government body or ministry.
All scheme data is sourced from publicly available official government portals and communications. While we strive for accuracy, users are advised to verify scheme details directly from the respective government sources before applying.
YojanaSahay does not facilitate direct scheme applications, financial transactions, or document processing. The platform serves solely as an informational and discovery service.
Service Provided 'As-Is' — YojanaSahay is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that scheme information or AI-generated responses are complete, current, or accurate at all times.
Limitation of Liability — YojanaSahay and its developer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, rejected application, missed deadline, or financial harm arising from reliance on information, eligibility results, or AI-generated guidance on the platform. Users are solely responsible for verifying all details with official government sources before applying.
Acceptable Use — Users must not misuse the platform, including submitting false reports, overloading or scraping the app instead of using the published open data, interfering with its operation, or impersonating another person or entity. The scheme list is published as open data (ODC-By licence) and may be reused with credit to YojanaSahay.
Name and Logo — The app's source code is open source under the MIT License. The YojanaSahay name and logo, however, may not be used to present another app, website or service as YojanaSahay or as connected to it.
Account Suspension — We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms, without prior notice, to protect the platform and its users.
Eligibility to Use — YojanaSahay is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are a minor, please use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Changes to These Terms — These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law — These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

योजना सहाय सरकारी योजना खोज के लिए एक स्वतंत्र डिजिटल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है और किसी भी केंद्र या राज्य सरकार निकाय या मंत्रालय से संबद्ध, अनुमोदित या प्रतिनिधि नहीं है।
सभी योजना डेटा सार्वजनिक रूप से उपलब्ध आधिकारिक सरकारी पोर्टलों से प्राप्त किया गया है। सटीकता के प्रयास के बावजूद, उपयोगकर्ताओं को आवेदन से पूर्व संबंधित सरकारी स्रोतों से विवरण सत्यापित करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
योजना सहाय सीधे आवेदन, वित्तीय लेनदेन या दस्तावेज़ प्रसंस्करण की सुविधा नहीं देता। यह प्लेटफ़ॉर्म केवल सूचना और खोज सेवा के रूप में कार्य करता है।
सेवा 'जैसी है' प्रदान की जाती है — योजना सहाय किसी भी प्रकार की वारंटी के बिना प्रदान किया जाता है। हम निर्बाध पहुंच, त्रुटि-मुक्त संचालन, या योजना जानकारी व AI-जनित उत्तरों के हर समय पूर्ण, अद्यतन और सटीक होने की गारंटी नहीं देते।
देयता की सीमा — योजना सहाय, और इसके डेवलपर किसी भी हानि, क्षति, आवेदन अस्वीकृति, छूटी हुई समय-सीमा, या वित्तीय नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे जो प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर दी गई जानकारी, पात्रता परिणामों या AI-जनित सुझावों पर निर्भर रहने से उत्पन्न हो। आवेदन से पूर्व आधिकारिक सरकारी स्रोतों से विवरण सत्यापित करने की पूरी ज़िम्मेदारी उपयोगकर्ता की है।
उचित उपयोग — उपयोगकर्ताओं को प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का दुरुपयोग नहीं करना चाहिए, जिसमें झूठी रिपोर्ट सबमिट करना, प्रकाशित ओपन डेटा के बजाय ऐप पर अत्यधिक या स्वचालित अनुरोध भेजना, इसके संचालन में हस्तक्षेप, या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति या संस्था का प्रतिरूपण शामिल है। योजनाओं की सूची ओपन डेटा (ODC-By लाइसेंस) के रूप में प्रकाशित है और योजना सहाय को श्रेय देकर दोबारा उपयोग की जा सकती है।
नाम और लोगो — ऐप का सोर्स कोड MIT लाइसेंस के तहत ओपन सोर्स है। लेकिन योजना सहाय (YojanaSahay) के नाम और लोगो का उपयोग किसी अन्य ऐप, वेबसाइट या सेवा को योजना सहाय के रूप में या उससे जुड़ा हुआ दिखाने के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता।
खाता निलंबन — हम इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन करने वाले किसी भी खाते को बिना पूर्व सूचना के निलंबित या समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं, ताकि प्लेटफ़ॉर्म और इसके उपयोगकर्ताओं की सुरक्षा की जा सके।
उपयोग की पात्रता — योजना सहाय 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के व्यक्तियों के लिए है। यदि आप नाबालिग हैं, तो कृपया माता-पिता या अभिभावक की देखरेख में ही प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करें।
इन शर्तों में परिवर्तन — इन शर्तों को समय-समय पर अपडेट किया जा सकता है। परिवर्तन लागू होने के बाद प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का निरंतर उपयोग संशोधित शर्तों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।
शासी कानून — ये सेवा की शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं, और किसी भी विवाद के लिए भारत के सक्षम न्यायालयों का विशेष अधिकार क्षेत्र होगा।
