Interest-free loan up to ₹5 lakh for youth (18–40 years) to start new micro-enterprises or self-employment ventures in manufacturing, service, or trade sector; government bears interest cost for loan repayment; scheme targets 1 lakh youth per year with goal of creating 10 lakh micro units in 10 years; minimum qualification Class 8 (preference to Class 12+)
