Resident of West Bengal. Family income up to ₹3 lakh a year. Age: 18–35.
₹1,500/month for up to 3 years for educated unemployed youth aged 18–45 from BPL/SEGY families who have passed Class 8 minimum; linked with training/apprenticeship; registered on Employment Bank of WB (about ₹18,000 a year)
Aadhaar Card, Class 8 Pass Certificate (minimum), BPL / SEGY Certificate (or Ration Card), Employment Bank Registration Certificate, Bank Account (Aadhaar-linked), Residence Proof (West Bengal), Passport Photo.
