Resident of Uttar Pradesh. Persons with disability. Family income up to ₹3 lakh a year.
₹1,000/month pension for persons with 40% or above disability from BPL/economically weaker families, aged 18 and above; paid quarterly to Aadhaar-linked bank account; covers all disability types — physical, visual, hearing, intellectual, mental illness etc. (about ₹12,000 a year)
Aadhaar Card, Disability Certificate (40%+, issued by CMO/Medical Board), BPL Ration Card or Income Certificate, Bank Account (Aadhaar-linked), Age Proof (Voter ID / Birth Certificate), UP Residence / Domicile Proof, Passport Photo.
