Open pmsuryaghar.gov.in and log in with your state, electricity company, consumer number and mobile OTP. Your dashboard shows each step — feasibility, installation, net-meter, inspection and subsidy. Install only through a vendor registered on the portal.

Subsidy is released after the rooftop system is installed, the net meter is fitted and the electricity company inspects it — and after you submit your bank details on the portal. Check the stage that is pending on your dashboard and contact the vendor or electricity company for that step. Check that your Aadhaar is linked (seeded) to your bank account for DBT: on myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in → "Bank Seeding Status", or ask your bank branch.
