SC residents of Madhya Pradesh aged 18–40, at least Class 12 pass. Family income up to ₹12 lakh a year. Not a loan defaulter and not already helped by another self-employment scheme.
Bank loan of ₹1 lakh–₹50 lakh (manufacturing) or ₹1 lakh–₹25 lakh (service / trade) with 5% a year interest subsidy for up to 7 years; free 12-day business training.
SC caste certificate, Aadhaar Card, Class 12 pass certificate, Income certificate, MP residence proof, Project report, Bank passbook & photo.
