₹1 lakh per household financial assistance (released in 3 installments) to shift from traditional jhum (slash-and-burn) cultivation to alternative settled livelihoods — covers horticulture, plantation crops, aquaculture, sericulture, animal husbandry, and micro-enterprises; also includes free training, technical support, and supply of quality planting material; primary beneficiaries are rural farming families in jhum-practising villages across all 8 districts (about ₹1,00,000 one-time)
