UP Pre-Matric & Post-Matric Scholarship (Dashmottar Chhatravritti) — Class 9–10: fixed yearly scholarship (e.g. about ₹3,000 for General). Class 11 onwards: monthly maintenance allowance (about ₹230–₹1,200 by course) + non-refundable fees reimbursed. Paid by DBT once a year; rates by category on the portal.
Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana — Free Coaching (UP) — Completely free coaching for competitive exams — UPSC (IAS/IPS/IFS), UPPSC/PCS, JEE, NEET, NDA, CDS, SSC, Banking (PO/Clerk), UPSSSC, TET and other recruitment exams; direct mentorship by serving IAS/PCS officers; free digital library and study materials; both online classes and offline batches at divisional centres across UP; no fees at any stage
