Women aged 18–60 living permanently in Bihar — one woman per family. Must be a member of a self-help group (JEEViKA in villages; urban SHGs in towns), or join one. Not already helped under another self-employment scheme.
₹10,000 first instalment by DBT to start self-employment; after about 6 months, women whose work is going well can get further support of up to ₹2 lakh. (about ₹10,000 one-time)
Aadhaar Card, Bank Account (Aadhaar-linked), Self-Help Group (JEEViKA) membership details, Bihar residence proof, Mobile Number.
