Women aged 25–60 who are permanent residents of West Bengal. Not a permanent government employee or pensioner, and not an income-tax payer. Cannot be taken together with the state widow pension.
₹3,000/month to the woman's own Aadhaar-linked bank account by DBT, same for all categories. Replaced Lakshmir Bhandar (₹1,500–₹1,700) from June 2026; existing beneficiaries are moved over once verified. (about ₹36,000 a year)
