At least 40% disability; permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh (or living in UP for 5+ years). Bride 18–45 and groom 21–45 years at marriage; marriage must be registered. Neither partner an income-tax payer or convicted in a criminal case.
One-time incentive on marriage: ₹15,000 if the husband has a disability, ₹20,000 if the wife has a disability, ₹35,000 if both have disabilities. (about ₹15,000 one-time)
Disability Certificate (40%+), UP Domicile Certificate, Marriage Registration Certificate, Age proof of husband and wife, Aadhaar Card, Joint photo, Bank Account.
