Resident of Uttar Pradesh. Construction workers aged 18–60 registered with the UP BOCW Board (registration renewed), or their dependants. Covers accidental death, natural death and disability.
Accidental death: ₹25,000 for last rites + ₹5 lakh; natural death: ₹25,000 + ₹2 lakh. The main amount is paid to dependants in monthly instalments (principal + interest). Disability support as per Board rules — check upbocw.in.
Death Certificate, Post-mortem report / FIR (accident), CMO Disability Certificate (disability), Labour registration card, Dependant's Aadhaar Card, Dependant's Bank Account.
