SC, ST, BC or minority youth of Telangana aged 18–35. For a self-employment unit; applications open in rounds on the OBMMS portal (the 2025 round ran March–April).
Self-employment unit with a big subsidy — 80% for units up to ₹1 lakh, 70% for ₹1–2 lakh and 60% for ₹2–3 lakh; the rest from your share or a bank loan.
Aadhaar Card, Educational Certificates (min. Class 10), Unemployment / No Job Declaration, Bank Account (Aadhaar-linked), Residence Proof, Passport Photo.
