Farmers of Rajasthan who are PM-KISAN beneficiaries with e-KYC done. No separate form — the state pays PM-KISAN farmers automatically. Income-tax payers, government employees and elected representatives are not eligible (same as PM-KISAN).
₹3,000 a year from the state, paid in instalments straight to the bank — on top of PM-KISAN's ₹6,000 (₹9,000 a year in total). (about ₹3,000 a year)
PM-KISAN registration with e-KYC done, Land records (jamabandi) in your name, Aadhaar Card, Jan Aadhaar, Aadhaar-linked bank account.
