Students of Odisha with 40% or more disability, in a recognised school, college or training institute. Family income up to ₹60,000 a year; parents not income-tax payers. Not getting another scholarship for the same purpose.
₹400/month (Class 1–5), ₹500 (Class 6–10), ₹600–₹700 (+2 / +3), ₹700 (PG, technical / vocational); extra reader allowance for visually impaired and transport allowance for some. (about ₹6,000 a year)
Disability Certificate (40%+) / UDID card, Income Certificate (not needed for BPL), Odisha Residence Certificate, Institution enrolment proof, Aadhaar Card, Bank Account.
