Financial assistance and input support to farmers transitioning to certified organic farming — covers vermi-composting unit setup (₹15,000 subsidy per unit), organic certification charges (fully reimbursed for small farmers), supply of organic seeds and bio-pesticides at 60% subsidy; premium market linkage support through state-level Organic Nagaland brand to fetch 20–40% higher price; training camps on organic practices at village level; priority given to women farmers and farmers in remote Eastern Nagaland (Mon, Tuensang, Kiphire, Longleng districts) (about ₹15,000 a year)
