Cluster of ST-targeted welfare benefits administered by the Mizoram Tribal Welfare Dept. and three Autonomous District Councils (Lai Autonomous District Council, Chakma Autonomous District Council, Mara Autonomous District Council) — includes free textbooks, uniforms, and hostel stipends for tribal students (Class 1–12); ₹5,000 one-time grant for tribal women starting micro-enterprises; livelihood support for bamboo crafts, handloom weavers, and traditional fishermen; vocational training grants up to ₹10,000 for youth in remote tribal areas (about ₹10,000 one-time)
