₹1.30 lakh financial assistance for construction of pucca house in hilly/rural areas; ₹1.20 lakh for plain areas — for BPL/EWS/houseless families; paid in 3 installments (foundation, lintel, and roof stage); complements PMAY-Gramin and PMAY-Urban; must include functional toilet (linked with SBM-G); SC/ST, widows, disabled, and single-women households given priority; supplemented by 90 days MGNREGS labour (about ₹1,30,000 one-time)
