Girls born on or after 1 April 2023 in Maharashtra. Family has a yellow or orange ration card (income up to ₹1 lakh a year). For the first and second child in the family (if one of them is a girl).
₹1,01,000 total in 5 instalments from birth to age 18: ₹5,000 at birth → ₹6,000 (Class 1) → ₹7,000 (Class 6) → ₹8,000 (Class 11) → ₹75,000 lump-sum at 18. For yellow/orange ration card families.
Aadhaar Card (parent), Girl Child's Birth Certificate (born after Apr 1, 2023), Yellow / Orange Ration Card, Bank Account in girl's name, Maharashtra Domicile.
