BC and EBC students who are residents of Bihar, in Intermediate, graduation, post-graduation, ITI, polytechnic or professional courses. Family income up to ₹3 lakh a year. Apply every year in the window on pmsonline.bihar.gov.in.
Yearly scholarship by course, e.g. ₹2,000 (Intermediate), ₹5,000 (graduation / PG / ITI), ₹10,000 (polytechnic / diploma), up to ₹15,000 (professional / technical degree) — check the current rate on the portal. (about ₹5,000 a year)
BC / EBC Caste Certificate (digital), Income Certificate, Bihar Residence Certificate, Previous Marksheet, Admission / fee receipt, Aadhaar-linked Bank Account, Passport Photo.
