Flagship state agriculture support scheme providing registered farmers with: 50–75% subsidised supply of improved seeds (paddy, maize, millet, wheat, pulses suited to hill agriculture); free soil health card and soil testing at district agriculture office every two years; supply of farm implements and power tillers at 60% subsidy for small and marginal farmers; demonstration plots and farmer field schools at village level under Krishi Vigyan Kendras; integrated pest management (IPM) training to reduce chemical input dependence; special thrust on wet rice cultivation in the valleys and terrace farming in the hills; convergence with RKVY (Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana) for additional input subsidy; covers all 26 districts of Arunachal Pradesh with priority to remote frontier districts (Anjaw, Dibang Valley, Upper Siang, Kurung Kumey)
