Free short-term and long-term vocational training for unemployed Sikkim Subject holders of age 18–40 to enhance employability in state-priority sectors — key benefits: 3–12 month fully free residential and non-residential courses at Sikkim ITIs (Rangpo, Jorethang, Gangtok), SSDM training centres, and partner private institutes; courses include: hospitality & hotel management, electrical work, plumbing, construction masonry, mobile phone repair, computer hardware, tally & accounts, nursing assistant, beauty & wellness, and Sikkim-specific crafts (thangka painting, bamboo-cane work, traditional weaving); ₹1,000 per month stipend for outstation trainees during training period; free NSQF-certified course completion certificate recognised nationally; 70% placement assistance through SSDM job portal and industry tie-ups with Sikkim hotels, hospitals, and government departments; special 6-month advanced course for ex-servicemen in security services and logistics; free tools/equipment kit at course completion for self-employment track trainees; priority for SC/ST, BPL, differently-abled, and women applicants (cover up to ₹12,000)
