Jharkhand residents aged 18–35 (relaxation for SC / ST) registered at an employment exchange. Completed a skill course at a government ITI, polytechnic or other government institute (NSQF). Not employed or self-employed, and not getting a similar incentive from another scheme.
₹5,000 incentive (50% more for widows, abandoned women, primitive tribes and persons with disabilities) for unemployed youth who completed a government ITI / polytechnic / NSQF skill course (about ₹5,000 one-time)
Aadhaar Card, Jharkhand Domicile Certificate, ITI / Polytechnic / skill course certificate, Employment Exchange Registration, Bank Account, Income Certificate.
