Resident of Jharkhand. For: Students, General public. Family income up to ₹3 lakh a year. Age: 18–35. Lives in villages (rural).
Free residential skill training (3–12 months) + guaranteed placement · ₹1,000/month stipend during training (about ₹12,000 a year)
