Women aged 23 or above living in Haryana. Family income below ₹1 lakh a year as per Family ID (up to ₹1.8 lakh for mothers of children who scored 80%+ in Class 10/12 at a government school). Married or unmarried — one or more women of the family can apply.
₹2,100/month for women — ₹1,100 paid every month + ₹1,000 saved in a government deposit for 5 years (about ₹25,200 a year)
