Financial assistance of ₹3,000–₹10,000/year for meritorious students from families with annual income ≤ ₹6 lakh pursuing graduation and post-graduation in Goa colleges; students with 60%+ marks in the qualifying exam are eligible; paid directly to student's Aadhaar-linked bank account (about ₹10,000 a year)
