Free cancer diagnosis (biopsy, PET-CT, MRI), chemotherapy, radiation therapy & surgery at Delhi State Cancer Institute (Dilshad Garden) and LNJP / GTB / Safdarjung hospitals for BPL & EWS patients (cover up to ₹2,00,000)
Aadhaar Card, BPL / EWS Income Certificate, Delhi Address Proof, Oncologist Referral or Biopsy Report, Previous treatment records (if any).
