Free short-term skill training (3–6 months) in trades like electrician, plumbing, IT, beauty & wellness, retail, construction, hospitality, and healthcare for Chandigarh residents; training conducted at ITIs and empanelled training centres; placement assistance and job fairs organised post-training; stipend/allowance may be provided during training; certificates recognised by NCVT/NSDC
