Resident of Assam. Family income up to ₹6 lakh a year.
One-time grant ₹5,000–₹75,000 for TB, cancer, kidney, heart disease etc. (cover up to ₹50,000)
Tea Tribe caste certificate, Medical certificate from govt doctor (SDMO or above), Medical reports of the illness, Recommendation letter from MLA / MP, Family income undertaking (≤ ₹5 lakh).
