Delete your YojanaSahay account
YojanaSahay (Android app and website, developer: Sahnawaz Ahmed Laskar) lets you delete your account and its data at any time.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open YojanaSahay and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Without the app
E-mail us from the e-mail address (or tell us the mobile number) you signed in with:

Subject: "Data Deletion Request". We complete it within 7 working days and confirm by e-mail.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account (name, e-mail or mobile number, profile photo).
- Your saved eligibility profile and answers.
- Your tracked applications (My Applications).
- Your phone-notification settings and e-mail reminders.
What may be kept
- Problem reports you sent (for example a broken scheme link) are kept without your name, e-mail or phone, so the fix is not lost.
- Anonymous usage counts, which never contained your identity.
Chat history and family members are stored only on your phone — signing out or uninstalling the app removes them.
